In many regions across China, the government has urged hundreds of millions of workers to stay at home, helping to reduce the spread of the virus. As a result, many factories have remained closed since late January 2020, halting the production of products and parts destined for countries around the world, including Australia.
Has the Coronavirus impacted Emerald Planet?
A number of our factories have taken precautionary action and encouraged their workforce to stay at home. This has slowed and paused some elements of production. Furthermore, logistics and freight forwarding services are impacted as they manage transport disruptions and a predicted influx of export goods once industry recovers across China.
