In the week ending Nov 11^th 2018, ESC creation was as follows:

• Weekly creation was 47,966 a decrease of 89% compared to the previous week’s creation of 440,463
• The average for the last 3 weeks is 231,567 ESCs
• Commercial Lighting contributed 41,010 ESCs (85%) compared to 432,634 ESCs (98%) the previous week
• The ESC spot price was $19.50 COB Friday, up from $19.10 the previous Friday
• As expected, there was a large decrease in ESC creation this week compared to the previous week due to the November 1st rule changes
